On Saturday November 25^th, 2023 at 1538 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid street alarm assignment (Bethany Beach VFC) were alert for an odor of gas outside in the 29000 block of Sawmill Drive in the Bay Colony development.  Units investigated the reported address and found a slight odor but no significant gas readings on our gas meters.  Engine 84-4, Engine 84-2, Quint 70-5, Command 84, Traffic Control 84-13 and Ambulance C-84 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 35 minutes.  Deputy Chief Paul Sterling had command of the incident.
