On Friday 24 May 2024, I received information and photographs from Volunteer Deputy Fire Chief Paul Sterling of an occurrence at the firehouse. Volunteer Firefighter Cole Carter took the initiative to swab, clean, and wax the Command Vehicle. If I recall, it was quite humid, but that did not deter this young man from doing this task.
