Appliance Fire on Salty Air Drive

On Wednesday September 4th, 2024 at 1720 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to the 20000 block of Salty Air Drive in the Millville by the Sea development for a reported appliance fire. Units arrived to find a fire contained to the stove with smoke conditions throughout the residence. Engine 84-2, Tanker 84 and Ambulance C-84 made the response. Units operated for approximately 30 minutes. Fire Chief Walter Johnson had command of the incident.
