On Thursday afternoon November 14^th, 2024 at 1613 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to the unit block of John Hall Drive in Ocean View for a vehicle fire.  Units arrived to find a pick-up truck that had experienced an extensive interior fire.  Most of the fire had been extinguished by the owner prior to our arrival, leaving final extinguishment and overhaul for our crews.  Engine 84-4, Engine 84-6, Traffic Control 84-13 and Ambulance C-84 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.  Captain Douglas Scott had command of the incident.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshal for investigation.
