Today, we congratulate and honor the commitment and hard work of 3 of MVFC's firefighters for completing the Delaware State Fire School Firefighter 1 & 2 Academy. Nearly 170 hours of classroom and drills to prepare them for real-world emergencies. Graduates earn certificates in:
Fire 1, Fire 2, Vehicle Rescue, HazMat, and CPR. Graduation was held at a packed house at Dover Middle School.

We are very proud of Leland Oakley - Junior Firefighter, Joe Neal - Firefighter, and Sharoon Mall - EMT/Firefighter (recently accepted a position with MVFC) for your commitment, your hard work, and the dedication you have demonstrated!
