Millville Vol Fire Company is seeking bids for a 2 year contract for landscaping maintenance at both Stations as indicated herein.

Scope of Bid:
The contract covers both Millville Vol Fire Company’s stations:
Station 1 located at 35554 Atlantic Ave., Millville: March through October
Cut grass as needed on a 7-10 day cycle
Spray weeds in parking lot and front pad as needed
Spray weeds in the gravel parking area
Keep stone landscaping in the beds weed free
Stone landscape beds will need an additional spray in November
Station 2 located at 34237 Omar Road, Frankford: March through October
Cut grass as needed on a 7-10 day cycle
Spray weeds in parking lot and front pad as needed
Spray weeds in the gravel parking area
Mulch around the sign out front in the spring
Spray weeds inside of the fenced area behind the station
Pricing Instructions:
This will be a 2-year contract 2025 season and 2026 season
