Child Locked In Vehicle

On Sunday, May 24, 2015, at 1716 hours, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a child locked in a vehicle in the 33000 Block of Old Mill Way. The firefighters and EMS personnel ended up breaking a rear side window to get the vehicle unlocked. The youngster was checked out and quickly reunited with his parents. Rescue Captain Nick McLaughlin declared the situation under control at 1743 hours. Units responding to the scene were: Ambulances A & C-84, Command 84, 84-0, & the Fire Police.
