On November 18^th, 2023 the Salted Rim Restaurant hosted a Pig Roast to benefit the Millville Volunteer Fire Company Community Hero’s Capital Campaign.  The event was well attended by many and a great time was had by all!  Millville Firefighter RJ’s Kauffman, proprietor and owner of RJ’S Boil and BBQ, cooked the pig and the Salted Rim Restaurant prepared all the sides.

In addition, we raffled off a ”Fire Engine Red” Yeti Cooler, donated by Senator Gerald Hocker, that was filled with adult goodies donated from Banks Wines and Spirits. The winner of this awesome prize was Anita Gonyea.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank the Salted Rim Restaurant, Banks Wines and Spirits, RJ’s Boil and BBQ, Senator Gerald Hocker, the MOB Upstairs Designs and the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce for your selfless contributions to make this event successful. 

Most importantly, we would like to thank all the members of our community that attended this event and continue to show your support to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company.
