About Us
Millville Volunteer Fire Company is a combination fire company that serves approximately 56 square miles of first due fire district with a much larger mutual aid response area. The company runs more than 3000 fire, rescue and EMS calls a year. The company is made up of 16 career personnel and has approximately 30 active volunteer riding volunteers. The company is located just 3 miles inland from downtown Bethany Beach.
INTERESTED IN APPLYING?
- No previous fire services experience is required to join the MVFC
- We offer multiple types of membership
- All training is FREE and we will assist you in determining what training is required
- Anyone with previous fire service experience is highly encouraged to apply
